Assignments.
I really enjoy reading and learning about different Mythology and Folklore, along with the cultures that produce them, so I already know I am going to enjoy this class. However, I will say that I didn't expect the format of this class to be so free, in that I control everything I do. It's going to take some time to get used to, but I already appreciate not feeling incredibly stressed out about assignments.
Most of the assignments were things I expected, but the storybook/portfolio semester project looks fun, and I can't wait to begin my own. My only problem is figuring out exactly what I want to do and where to go with it, but for now I'm not super worried about it!
